She had been waiting for the right script after that and in Chakkar, she probably found one. Neelam was also the female lead opposite Sami Khan in Yasir Nawaz’s film Wrong No. Neelam and Ahsan have featured together in Chupan Chupai that received decent reviews and numbers at the box office. According to recent reports, Neelam Muneer has joined the cast as the female protagonist.
Earlier on, Feroze Khan and Mawra Hocane were supposed to play the principal characters but it was announced last month that Ahsan Khan would be essaying the male lead. However, there have been a lot of changes with reference to the cast in lead roles.
